Knowledge Sharing Session with Dario Cortese (Orto Foresta)

Today, like never before, producing food in harmony with natural process seems a utopian tasks. In this talk, Cortese discusses the principles of Regenerative Agriculture and introduces a series of practices aimed at approaching the landscape, the ecosystem and its elements from a systemic perspective. Particular emphasis will be given to small-scale, reproducible strategies that have a direct impact on local food communities.
