Since May 2023 Villa Romana hosts four beehives in its garden. The bees are friendly collaborators of our garden team and active members of the ecosystem of The House for Mending, Troubling, and Repairing. They work hard to augment the biodiversity of the area, and they teach us sophisticated social skills from which we learn on an everyday basis.
