Intelligences  of the Natural, the Artificial and the Social: A Decolonial Perspective  a keynote lecture with philosopher Matteo Pasquinelli (Ca' Foscari University Venice) and book presentation of The Eye of Master: A Social History of Artificial Intelligence (Verso, 2023). In a panel discussion with our fellow Monai de Paula Antunes and artist and curator Lorenzo Sandoval we will discuss how the myth of AI is based on the quantification and invisibilisation of our situated and social intelligence, and how algorithmic practices have always existed in different cultures and times of human civilisation.
